Door controles in het veld (schouw) kan het collectief vaststellen of door een deelnemer is afgeweken van de pakketvoorwaarden (beheereisen en/of aanvullende beheervoorschriften) of de ligging van het uitgevoerde beheer. Is hier inderdaad van afgeweken, dan treedt het Herstel- en sanctieprotocol in werking.
